Close your eyes and image your closest circle of friends, enjoying a meal to celebrate a mama-to-be, a birthday of someone dear to you, a little girl’s tea party, honor a soon-to-be bride or just because, backdropped by flowers and tree-lined pastures. Simple arrangements of dainty flowers fill jars upon the tables while butterflies flutter overhead and your guests gathered around around our wooden farmhouse picnic tables enjoying plates of beautiful food.
A garden party at Grumbine Acres is sweet & simple. We provide that tables, the flowers, and atmosphere and you provide the food and the guest list. Be as involved in the planning as you would like by choosing one of our packages. Garden parties are designed for intimate gatherings of up to 24 guests and hosted on our farm between June - September for the most blooms & fun. Learn more below to begin planning your party!

For an additional $10/person, a flower cutting experience can be included with your party. Guests will take home a cup of flowers. Or you may choose to invite your guests to explore the garden and flower shop and pay for their own flowers to take home. Cutting flowers is what will make your party the most memorable and makes a wonderful favor and special gesture to your guests.

Guest and hosts will be asked to park in our personal parking area and to leave the spaces in the garden open to people stopping into the garden. There is enough parking for 15 vehicles and overflow parking in the sunflower field. Please do not park on Grumbine Rd as trucks and farm equipment need use of the road. We also ask that guests do not park in front of the garage with signs posted as our tenant may need access to the garage. Someone can assist with directing parking.

Due to the size of our operation, we currently do not have restrooms in the garden, but will allow your guest to utilize the restroom in the house during your party. Signs will be posted.

All parties are hosted outdoors. In the case a summer storm is in the forecast, a rain date can be selected upon availability. If you choose not to reschedule you will not be responsible for the remaining rental fee. The deposit to reserve your dates/rain date is non-refundable. Pop-up tents are welcome to be used with proper weights.
